Fillmore Christian Garden, situated in the heart of beautiful Southeast Fresno, is a licensed 27-bed adult residential facility and a California Department of Social Services-certified mental health facility. Clients in our program are preparing themselves to transition back into their communities and to independent living. In partnership with the Fresno County Behavioral Health support teams and day treatment programs, we develop and implement an individualized, recovery-based plan that focuses on wellness in personal and community living.
Our Mission
Fillmore Christian Garden is dedicated to supporting the wellness of individuals, families and communities in Fresno County who are affected by, or are at risk of, mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Through a cultivation of strengths of the persons we serve, to promote recovery in the least restrictive environment.
We serve an important need for patients who are placed on conservatorship, which is determined by a judge for individuals who are gravely disabled due to mental illness and cannot take care of their basic needs for food, shelter or clothing.
We have an unwavering commitment to achieving and maintaining the highest level of care and psychiatric stabilization.
